Edward Han is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. He had successfully tried numerous cases before juries and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals, handling matters ranging from firearms and narcotics trafficking to fraud and identity theft. Before becoming a federal prosecutor, he served as a law clerk to a U.S. District Judge and was a commercial litigator for a large law firm in Los Angeles. Additionally, Ed is a captain in the Air Force Reserve, serving in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He is currently stationed at Travis Air Force Base in California. Ed earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the New York University School of Law. He worked at the Equal Justice Initiative in law school, representing a death row inmate in Alabama. Before his career in law, he taught third grade in inner-city Philadelphia.
